It seems girl groups these days are under the constant scrutiny of netizens. No longer are the days of female idol groups shooting to stardom based on just mere good looks. These days, it's all about the talent.One girl group in particular has caught the interest of many. Do you happen to know which one? Why, none other than YG's 2NE1! Their fans have stated proudly that they look up to these ladies because of their professionalism and not merely for their looks. Their popularity is evident with both boys and girls as they have graced the number one spots of several online charts and music shows with hits like "Fire" and "I Don't Care" which is seemingly unheard of for a new group. Prior to the present moment, the entertainment industry was based on the looks of the artists. Many experts believed that several past girl groups shot to the top only because they were pretty, not so much talented. While that was certainly not the case for all, netizens still believe it's talent over looks when it comes to today's industry. Of course, that's not to say that 2NE1 is lacking in the beauty department. As Yang Hyun Suk stated himself, "To me, 2NE1 is the most beautiful group in the world. Also, in the future, no matter what kind of song they work on, they will focus on perfection and this will not only be the case of 2NE1 but also many other groups that YG hopes to nurture."It's always good to have good looks and talent. Yeah!!! U go girls!! I believe even Hyori Lee will envy them...I mean with someone so charasmatic as our dear leader, CL, who is leading the other 3 girls rite now, who can resist the temptations of 2NE1's charm? They really have the charm to make others go GAGA all over them and also have the power to make others like their Sunbaes, Big bang, feeling awkward when being with them. Wanna see how good they are?
